The short version: Be 13 or older. If you connect a Yahoo league, you are telling us you are allowed to. Do not be a jerk to other members, and do not try to break or scrape the Service. There is no money anywhere in Offseason, side bets are for bragging rights only. We can suspend accounts that abuse the rules. Offseason is provided as is, and we are not the source of truth for Yahoo or any real-world event.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Offseason app, the offseason.org website, and any related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Offseason ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Offseason. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and agreed to them on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in a league is grounds for termination.
Offseason connects to Yahoo Fantasy to import and sync your league. If you choose to connect Yahoo:
Offseason runs seasons of events (brackets, pickems, awards nights, drafts), a record book built from your imported history, analysis tools (trade, what-if, keeper, mock draft, almanac, gazette), and side bets. A few rules specific to these:

Offseason is meant to be a fun, friendly competition between people who actually like each other. Do not ruin it.
"User Content" means anything you create or share through Offseason: your username, profile emoji, league names, calls, side bets, chat messages, and any other text or media you provide.
You own your content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service for the purpose of running Offseason. We do not claim ownership, and we do not use your content to train models or for marketing. You are responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that violates these Terms.
Offseason, including the app, website, name, logo, design, and all original content and functionality, is owned by Offseason and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
Offseason is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Yahoo, the NFL, any players association, sports league, governing body, awards body, broadcaster, or other rights holder of the events, teams, or data you can play with or view here. Team names, player names, logos, and other references are used for editorial identification under fair use, and the data providers we read from are credited in our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing support@offseason.org. When you delete it, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which also explains what happens to a league's imported data when its last Offseason member leaves.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, are abusing the Service, or are putting other members at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability) continue to apply after your account closes.
Offseason is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy of imported Yahoo data, third-party projections or values, event results, schedules, or any other information in the Service. We do our best to keep it correct, but we are not the source of truth for Yahoo, the NFL, or any real-world event, and third-party data can be wrong or unavailable.
Offseason is a free game of skill and prediction. It is not gambling, betting, or a paid contest. No money changes hands through the Service, and we do not facilitate or endorse wagering on any event.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offseason and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, which, since Offseason is free to play, is zero.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and delete your account.
