The direct line for anything: bugs, a number that looks wrong, sync trouble, account trouble. Replies usually within a day or two.

Report an outageThe quick fixes
Forgot my password
Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link. Standard stuff, no recovery dance required.
Can't join a league
Your commish shares an invite link, not a code. Open the link they sent and sign in, and you'll land in the league (no Yahoo account of your own needed). If the link says it's expired, ask your commish for a fresh one.
My league didn't sync
Make sure you're signed in to Yahoo as a manager in that league, then retry the connection from league settings. A first sync of 8 seasons takes a few minutes, so give it a moment before you call it stuck. If it still doesn't land, email us the league name and we'll read the sync log.
Wrong league showing
If you're in multiple leagues, use the league switcher in the sidebar (or the menu on mobile) to change leagues. Each league keeps its own home, chat, and history.
The mock draft or Trade Machine looks empty
Both run off your synced league, so they wake up once the first sync finishes. The mock draft needs at least one completed draft to build personas from, and the Trade Machine needs your current rosters. If your league synced and a tool still looks bare, tell us which one and we'll look.
Reminders and notifications
There is no notification system yet, so Offseason does not send push or email alerts. Deadlines show in the app, and artifacts post to your league chat when they land. Reminders are on the roadmap.
How do I delete my account?
From your profile settings, or email support@offseason.org. We permanently remove your data within 30 days, per our privacy policy.
A number looks wrong
Every number in the toolkit traces back to the data that produced it, so we can check. Email us the tool, the league, and what you expected. The scoring engine calibrates itself against your league's own settled results, so a real mismatch is a bug worth finding.
Can't change my username
There is no in-app username change yet. Email support@offseason.org (mention if it contains personal info you want removed) and we'll rename you.
